1. The application fee (19 USD) is mandatory, not refundable under any circumstance, and applies to all defined categories. Incomplete applications will not be considered for evaluation and selection.

 

2. Selected participants will be notified via email and must confirm their participation within the specified time frame. Failure to confirm may result in the expiration of the scholarship.

 

3. By applying, participants grant the organizers of the New Generation Leaders Summit the right to use their name, biography, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event.

 

4. Personal information provided in the application will be used solely to evaluate the application and organise the leadership summit. The organizers will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

5. The selection of delegates will be conducted by an independent panel of judges and the outcomes are considered final and non-negotiable.

 

6. Participants are not permitted to dispute the fee in case they are not selected for scholarship categories. The organization will have the right to counter the dispute and in this case, the applicant is responsible for their loss.

 

7. There are designated seats available in fully-funded, partially-funded, and self-funded scholarships. "Better World Charity" is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event; attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, expected to follow safety regulations and instructions and ensure their safety and the safety of others, but our organizing team will be available to provide you assistance in any matter.

 

8. By participating, participants agree not to pursue legal action against the organization for the denial of application fee refunds and commit to refraining from engaging in oral, visual, or auditory defamation of the organization, particularly if they disagree with their assigned category, understanding that any violation of this provision will lead to legal consequences.
